设备用途及原理Overview and Principles
回转管式煅烧设备主要适用于金属粉体、氧化物或盐类在一定的气氛下还原、锻烧。
电子电池材料（磷酸铁锂材料等）、催化剂、太阳能材料、稀土材料、化工材料、碳素材料等各种粉体材料的煅烧处理。
本系列炉具有自动进出料，三班连续生产，产量大，机械化程度高、维护及操作简单、生产效率高等特点。
设备由炉体、传动装置、电气控制系统及除尘器组成。
Overview and Principles
Rotary tube sintering equipment is primarily adopted in reduction and sintering of metal powder, oxides, and salts under certain gas environment.
Electric battery material possesses some features: auto material input and output, continuous producing with three shifts, large output, high mechanization, simple maintenance and operation, and high production efficiency.
This equipment is consisted of furnace, transmitting device, electric control system and dust remover.
