Overview and Principles
This series of high-temperature molybdenum wire (tungsten wire) sintering equipment produced by is mainly utilized the sintering of powdered metallurgic products, cemented carbide, high-proportion alloy, stainless-steel products, ceramic materials, and magnetic materials.
This equipment is principally consisted of furnace, material-boat pushing device and temperature control system, adopting molybdenum wire (tungsten wire) as heating element. Heating stage is equipped with thermocouple, digital-displaying type intelligent PID regulator and furnace-front pressure transformer, achieving in precisely auto-controlling temperature.
